6 Step of Enrolling yourself for a better future:

Step 1

Application Form

The applicant must fill Application form https://forms.gle/4ts4rxKCdWHxwxAD8 - Clicking here with all required details (for preference of 2 fields of interest for example Food & Beverage/Kitchen/House Keeping/Front Office etc.) and attach their CV in the application form. In-case of not being able to attach with the form applicant can also email their CV on ruchi@paxedutainment.com

Step 2

Screening Process

Within 4 days of sending the application form the applicant will undergo a screening process of 15-20 minutes. The screening interview will be over a Zoom/Google Meet. The applicant is required to keep their camera on.

Step 3

Selection Letter

The selected applicants will be emailed with a letter of selection over email and physical letters will be sent to the college administration by courier, if required. If an applicant is not selected then we will communicate the same via email.

Step 4

Initial Payment for PAX to begin the process

After receiving the selection letter over email, applicants will be required to make the initial payment of Rs. 30,000 for PAX to provide the hotel a trainee will be interning in. Please note: Once the initial payment of Rs 30,000 is processed from the applicant’s end, team PAX will then go further and schedule the interviews with the hotels for the applicants in UAE. An applicant will be entitled to give 7 interviews. If the applicant does not succeed and pass even a single interview from 3 months of applying for the internship, the applicant will be entitled to a refund of 25,000 INR, the remaining 5,000 INR will not be refunded for PAX administrative fee for the work done for the applicant. This refund of 25,000 INR will be made in the same account from which the applicant had paid the initial 30,000 INR.

Step 5

Confirmation Letter for Internship

Within 12 weeks from the date an applicant has received the selection letter in email, the applicant shall be sent a confirmation letter mentioning the hotel name the applicant has been selected to intern in. A scribbled offer letter shall be sent to the applicant – as a proof of the confirmation of internship.

Step 6

Making the remaining payment

Within 7 days from the date of receiving hotel confirmation letter, an applicant has to make the remaining payment (95,000 INR) for PAX to do the necessary proceedings for VISA formalities, one way flight tickets and other formalities.
